Introduction

Welcome to MeterToken Nigeria (“MeterToken”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We provide an online platform and mobile application for purchasing electricity and water utilities in Nigeria. Our platform is designed to offer fast, secure, and convenient payment options for our customers.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, including the website located at www.metertoken.ng and the mobile application for Android and IOS (collectively, the “Service”). MeterToken Nigeria provides a platform for customers to purchase electricity and water utilities in Nigeria. Our platform includes an online web application and a mobile application for both Android and IOS users. We offer fast, secure, and convenient payment options to help you manage your utilities.

• User Account

In order to use our platform, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• User Conduct

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of our platform by any third party. You may not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to, the purchase of utilities for which you are not the intended recipient.

General Refund Policies

At MeterToken Nigeria, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help and make it right. Our customer-oriented and transparent refund policy outlines the process for requesting a refund and the conditions under which a refund will be granted.

Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If it is determined that a refund is necessary, we will proceed with the refund process.

Conditions for Refund:

• In the event that the value of your purchase was not provided, a full refund will be granted.
• If the refund is approved for any other reason, it will be processed within 2 business days and the funds will be returned to the original method of payment, and or the customer's bank account as may be provided.

Please note that our refund policy is designed to be fair to all parties involved and that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it is deemed to be fraudulent or in violation of our terms and conditions.
